Joseph P. McMahon

 

 

A native of Levittown, New York, Joe received his college degree at Hofstra University.  He began his career as an insurance representative by joining Life Planning Group in 2005.

 

Prior to joining Life Planning Group, Joe was Head Equipment Manager of the New York Islanders in the National Hockey League for 19 seasons.  Joe also was the Head Equipment Manager of Team USA in 1999 for the World Championships in Oslo, Norway.  From 1992 to 1996, Joe also worked with the New York Jets equipment staff during their training camps.

 

Awards & Activities

 

Joe McMahon won Rookie of the Year in 2005 and was a Royal Blue qualifier for being a Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company sales leader.

Two children - Joseph Paul (9), Caroline (2)

Coaches youth athletics (baseball an basketball)

Started McMahon Family Golf Outing to raise money for American Liver Foundation in memory of his son, Aidan

Hobbies:  golf, piano, coaching and charitable work
